Sales Tax
ShoesRX.com offers no sales tax no matter where the customer lives.
Payment Methods
ShoesRx.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards. Credit and debit cards are subject to address verification by your financial institution.
If you get an error message after submitting your credit card information, please double check to make sure that you entered the following information correctly:
- Your name as it appears on the card
- Billing address on file with your card issuer
- Card number
- Card Verification Number
- Card expiration date
If you are still experiencing problems, please call your card issuing bank for details. Remember, when you shop at ShoesRx.com.

These rates apply to United States orders only.

Fedex Ground shipping is FREE on all purchases.
FedEx 2nd Day
1st Pair $11.50
Each Additional Pair $3.00
FedEx 2nd Day shipping is FREE for purchases to Alaska and Hawaii because FedEx Ground service is not available to these locations.

Email Conformation
When you place an order with ShoesRx.com, you are emailed a confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the FedEx tracking information for your order's shipment (we currently ship Monday through Friday only). FedEx Standard shipping is usually delivered between 5-7 business days.
Important Shipping Notices
You must place your order by 11:00 AM Pacific Time Monday through Friday to receive your shipment by second business day or next business day (PM). UPS does not deliver for ShoesRx.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays. We ship Monday through Friday only (excluding national or federal holidays) to addresses in the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 60 days for exchange or refund. NOTE: Please be aware that worn shoes are not returnable and we do not refund shipping charges.
Return Instructions:
Simply log in to ShoesRx.com on the My Account page and click on the "Return an Order" link. Then, select the order and item that you wish to return. You can print a prepaid return shipping label for either FedEx or US Postal Service, or you can ask us to send you a prepaid return shipping label by regular mail. Just follow the easy to understand instructions in the "Return an Order" section of the website. If you have any questions, you may contact us by Email (info@shoesrx.com).
Exchange Instructions:
You can exchange your purchase by returning your original order and requesting a replacement item during the return process. Please note that exchange requests are subject to inventory availability at the time your return is received and processed. Therefore, to ensure receipt of your desired new item(s), you may wish to place a new order rather than requesting an exchange during the return process.
Because exchanges involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order, you will see two transactions on your credit or debit card statement. First, you will see a credit for the return of your original purchase and then you will see a charge for your new purchase. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement.
